My experiences working in family-owned restaurants instilled in me the importance of passion, hard work, and the vibrant community spirit that transforms dining into a memorable experience. Inspired by this, I dreamed of my love for the almighty hamburger with others. When I found my life partner, who shared the same culinary passions, we knew we were destined to create something special together.
